‘Tis the season of giving, Fictionista! Join us in early December as we give each other newsletter tips, tricks, and good tidings in our final virtual event of the year.

Zoomin’ Around the Non-Denominational Holiday Tree…

Fictionistas get together roughly once a month over Zoom to talk about all things fiction, writing, and Substack. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re just getting started with fiction on Substack or if you’re a jolly old elf on the platform. All our welcome, so join us.

No sidewalk shoveling is required, but we always encourage holiday attire/decor to liven up the calls!

🎵 We gather together to chat about Substack on Tuesday, December 6 at 12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET / 8 pm UTC. We change up the meeting times to accommodate Fictionistas from around the world.

These calls are a great way to meet fiction writers on the platform and give the gifts of support, knowledge, and encouragement to your fellow Fictionista. (You won’t find those things in the Sharper Image catalog!)

On this month’s call, here’s what may be discussed:

• How to take a holiday break from your newsletter.

• Strategies for writing and promoting your fiction.

• Reflecting on your 2022 on Substack.

• How we’re all the juicy new features (chat, mentions and cross-posting, previous/next post links, home page customizations such as pages, and whatever else the Substack team may introduce)

• Giving a lump of coal to our arch-rivals, the food writers.

That said, the agenda is open, and we’ll discuss a wide range of topics. If you can’t make the call live, we do our best to record it and make it available to everyone afterward.
