Many apologies for the late post. Heather, Nicole, and Jackie have had life stuff that has kept us extremely busy.

Earlier this month you posted your stories from the Great Substack Prompt Celebration. Thank you to those that participated. Our prompt participants are growing each month creating even more amazing fiction for our audience to read! Below are this month’s favorites.

Fan Favorite

This month’s fan favorite was a tie. Let’s all congratulate Brian Reindel and Scoot!!!

Brian’s story:

The Shadow Knights

Future Thief
The Shadow Knights
The Shadow Knights came at the witching hour. They rode on their black stallions, clad in black armor, the angry bray of horses and the clank of metal announcing their presence. Where Am I? by Scott Ocamb.

Scott’s Stories
Where am I?
“Where am I?” “I think you know.” Benjamin’s gaze swept over the surroundings. He was met with an abyss of unending darkness. Nice job everybody. I'd have to re-read all the stories again to pick my favorite since they were all so good. But also thank you to Heather and Nicole for putting together another successful prompt celebration.
