Just a quick note to inform you our next Virtual Meeting/Holiday Soirée will be on

The comment section floor is open for agenda suggestions. At our last meeting we put a pin in two potential discussion topics:
How do we attract our “ideal” readers and keep them engaged?
How can we make the Paid Subscription model work for us?
Please feel free to add your ideas for additional topics.
If you’re new to Fictionistas (or have just never attended a virtual hangout with us), I highly recommend dropping in on the December chat. I attended my first meetup with this group last December and am still talking to most of the people I met in there. Don’t miss out on a chance to connect with fellow fiction writers, air your Substack grievances, and gather some intel on how other writers are growing their publications here.
The vibe will be jolly and bright, fuzzy slippers and hot cocoa are optional encouraged, and you can participate as little or as much as you want in the discussion.
