Wish I could join but, as long as nothing "else" goes wrong. This is my closing day and move-in day on my new house. By 9pm I fully expect to be knackered and snoring! Or half-awake watching American football. Maybe October will be the month I can attend! :fingers crossed:

Who could make it at that time of the working day...? Not really suitable 😭

The plan is to try different times with future meets. Nothing will ever suit everyone! Hopefully someone will be able to run an evening or weekend meet next. :)

Like Simon said, we are trying to make our calls as accessible as possible for the largest number of Fictionistas. However, it's impossible to host calls at a time that everyone can make it. That's why we share the video and recaps afterward for those who couldn't be there live.

If there are better times for you, I would encourage you to reach out to the hosts of this call or to Meg who has been scheduling the US ones, and maybe we can find another time that fills a need.

Great initiative, as I typically never make it to the US chats. I'd love to meet and socialize (as you put it in the title) with more European-based writers. I'll be there. 😊

Finally, a time slot that I can make! I’m excited to join in from India and meet fellow writers. 🫶

Hi Ragha! Excellent. :) As FIctionistas continues to grow and reach more of the world, hopefully we can run sessions that suit people from all over the place. Looking forward to it!
